An Eleven o' Clock Scare and a Hamster Fight.......

Once upon a time (less then a week ago but I forget which night), it was Eleven o' Clock, CST, during the Summer (Summer weather anyhow.) I heard some strange screaming like someone yelling for help. Then silence. Then more screaming. So I run upstairs to get Dad. Didn't want to call 911...yet. So he comes down, and he heard it too. And he goes outside to investigate. Once again, it seems like someone calling for help. So Dad calls the big 9-1-1. The Police are coming, says the Police 911 Call Manager (or whatever they're called.) The we see some of our Mom and Dad's friends walk down the street. So Andrew and Lisa (M and D's friends) tell us that there are two teenage boys goofing off down the street. Bigtime goofing off. So the Police finally get to the street about an hour later (strange, they're ususally here in about 3 minutes.) By that time the kids were long gone.

As for the other title, our hamsters got in a bigtime fight today. They usually fight playfully (kind of like rough-housing.) But this time Lucky started to look a little funny in the face. So I got Anderson and asked if she looked funny, as indeed she ddi. He said yeah, so we turned on the lights to get a better view. Sure enough there was a nice little part of her hair missing right over the left eye, and, this is gruesome, a small amount of red stuff drizzling down the side of her eye. Anderson got the little hamster and started crying. After all, our hamsters haven't been wounded like this before. So we ran some testing, got them both out of the cage, and let them run around on Anderson's bed. They were fine when placed next to each other out of the cage. however, upon re-entry, Clutzy was on top of Lucky (both were squeaking up a storm.) Somehow they have seperated their differences but that was a nice sized scare.

I think my blog is being revived..........

Global Warming? It might be a reality! (Etc.)

I have changed my opinion since my last post. The following is REAL footage of what goes on up there at the North Pole. This may scare some of you. Indeed, Antarctica is melting. The algea is going to dye (yes, they will fall into the new fashion trend and dye their hair, something I never wish to do). The Ozone layer is being destroyed. Earth will soon be red from outer space! Then the martians with big oval and ironically green heads will invade and destroy whoever has kept their air conditioners running. Then they'll move to the next planet. We can't allow this to happen!

In other news we now have Guitar Hero II, something Anderson desprately wanted for his birthday but knew he'd never get. It's an awesome game and hard to control. Some of our family on Dad's are great at it....others, well.....they were over as soon as they missed their first note. Needless to say Anderson was panting with excitement within the first millisecond of when he saw what it was.

The well needed hot weather has begun. There probably won't be a day I don't go outside to do something physichal and not sweat.

With that I say that Global Warming IS A REALITY! (Not really)

Global Warming? Yeah right......

Well, it's been quite a while since I've blogged. I've nearly forgotten about this blog actually. Took me a while to remember my password to Blogger.

So now I have a message to all "Global Warming" believing people. If there is indeed a great global warming, then why on this warmed up globe are we getting snow in April? This isn't just April coming out of March, this is April 14th. If Antarctica has been melting then it ought to be freezing up again with this kind of weather.

Thinking......thinking......processing the final thought.....still processing......one moment.....make that two.....I got it!

The thought: First family member to read this please leave a comment, I'm wondering if anyone actually still checks this blog. For now I have not much more to say.
